Data deletion
Use the steps below to request deletion of outreach information or to disconnect a sender account.
Request deletion from Unravler
Email [email protected] from the email associated with your workspace. Include the workspace name and describe whether you want to delete a sender connection, your member account, specific prospect records, or the whole outreach workspace. Do not include LinkedIn session cookies, passwords, or payment-card information in the email.
We may need to verify your identity and your authority to act for a workspace before deleting shared records. We will explain the steps available and any records that must be kept for security, billing, legal, or dispute purposes. The end of a paid period pauses outreach work but does not, by itself, delete every campaign, lead, or invoice record.
Disconnect a LinkedIn sender
If you can access the outreach application, use its sender account controls to disconnect the account. To end a LinkedIn session independently, review active sessions and sign out through your own LinkedIn account settings. Disconnecting a sender is different from deleting the entire workspace or its historical campaign data.
The outreach connection uses session values, not a LinkedIn OAuth permission grant. Revoking the separate Unravler scheduler OAuth authorization will not necessarily end a session-based outreach connection, and vice versa.
What we cannot delete for you
Unravler can address data in its own systems, subject to verification and applicable retention needs. Messages, comments, and other activity that already reached LinkedIn or a recipient are outside our direct control. Use LinkedIn's own controls for content or account actions on its platform.
For information about the categories of data handled by this service, read our Privacy Policy. For a request relating to the separate social scheduler, use the instructions on unravler.com.
